Pole Fitness Classes
Intro to Pole - Level 1
New to pole fitness? Start here! This is the perfect place to start learning basic pole grips, spins, and transitions. Class will begin with warm-up & conditioning and end with 5-10 minutes to live your best life under the party lights!
*Please no lotion or jewelry
Pole Fundies - Level 1 & 2
If you’re a stickler for technique and like to get everything crispy clean before you move on, this class is the perfect one for you! We’ll go through the fundamental skills every Level 1 and 2 poler needs in their back pocket. If you like having a checklist, this class will be your happy place!
Pole Sequences - Level 2+
Have all your basics down and you want to start putting it all together? Rock on! You’ll get 1-2 sequences of 3-5 tricks to add to your pole tool box. This class will challenge you, stretch your skills, and expand your pole vocabulary.
*Prerequisite: successful completion of level 1 fundamentals OR instructor consent
Combo Roulette
It’s game night! Come play with us as we put together mystery combos based on our magical box of tricks. You’ll pull 3-4 tricks at random (within your skill level) and challenge yourself to create a unique combo all your own! If you want to expand your pole vocabulary or get the juices flowing to craft passes for competition, this is for you!
*Prerequisite: successful completion of level 2 fundamentals OR instructor consent
Friday Night Lights
Have a move or combo you really want to clean up or try out? Or maybe you want that perfect opportunity to film social media pole content. This is your time! Come work on your goals at your own pace with a skilled instructor on standby to support you. We’re turning the lights down and the music up for a Friday Night Pole Party!
*Prerequisite: must have attended at least 3-5 pole classes before entering this class

Pole Silks - All Levels
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to fly, Pole Silks is where you find out! Combine the strength of pole with the beauty of silks to create a smooth, fluid motion. This class is a great addition to your week regardless of your level. There’s something for everyone to enjoy whether your pole journey is just beginning or you’re a seasoned vet.
Lyra Class - All Levels
Lyra, also known as aerial hoop, combines strength, grace, and artistry to create stunning aerial performances. In our Lyra classes, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises and techniques designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and aerial skills.
Pole Dance Classes
Contemporary Pole Flow
Come enjoy the softer side of pole flow with choreography that combines basic pole spins and tricks with sweeping turns and fluid floorwork. Enjoy gorgeous lines and captivating movement sure to bring out the beauty within.
*Socks and knee pads strongly recommended.
**Prerequisite: must have attended at least 3-5 pole classes before entering this class
Exotic Pole Flow - Level 2+
Bust out the heels and let’s get spicy! Set free your fierce, sexy side! You’ll learn classic heel techniques and next level floorwork & transitions of the exotic style of pole dance. Come here for all the kips, clacks, and slides your heart desires!
*Pole heels or socks strongly recommended. Knee pads required.
**Prerequisite: successful completion of level 2 fundamentals
DANCE
Twerk
Unleash your inner rhythm and confidence in our Twerk Class! This high-energy dance session is all about embracing your curves, finding your groove, and mastering the art of twerking. Our experienced instructor will teach you the fundamentals, from isolations to booty pops, in a fun and supportive environment. Get ready to shake it, own it, and leave the class feeling empowered and with some killer moves to show off!
Hip Hop Cardio
Get your heart pumping and your body moving in our Hip Hop Cardio Class! This dynamic and energetic workout fuses the latest hip hop dance moves with cardio fitness, creating a fun and effective way to burn calories and improve your stamina. No dance experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to groove to the beat. Join us for a heart-pounding, body-boosting session that's as entertaining as it is invigorating!
All That Jazz
Get your jazz hands ready! We explore different styles including studio, jazz funk, musical theatre, contemporary, and heels! We start the month with a technique class, then focus on original choreography in a different style each month. The last Tuesday is for learning iconic choreography from your favorite movies, musicals, and music videos! No dance experience needed!
*Jazz shoes recommended. Heels (1”-4”) occasionally used but not required.
Dance to Heal
When words won’t do, we dance. Catharsis through movement is the objective. The style is modern with an emphasis on how the movement feels in your body and less about how it looks. Guided improv is often a tool used in warm-ups to get us out of our heads and into our hearts. Come take a breath and let it out with us.
*Socks and knee pads recommended.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Pole Conditioning
Here, you’ll find a conditioning regimen specially crafted to help you build the strength you need to achieve your goals in pole. The more advanced the trick is, the more strength and flexibility it requires to look clean, graceful, and smooth. This class is where you develop that strength and flexibility.
*Prerequisite: must have attended at least 3-5 pole classes before entering this class
Bendy Bad Ass
Designed for those aspiring to achieve impressive splits and bendy moves, this class is your ticket to increased flexibility and grace. Our expert instructors will guide you through targeted stretches and exercises, helping you push your limits and embrace your inner bendy badass.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your flexibility journey, this class is tailored to all levels. Join us and let's bend, stretch, and conquer those flexibility goals together
Yoga
Enjoy an hour of mindfulness while you de-stress and reenergize with this vinyasa flow class. Move through a series of poses linked with breathwork to increase flexibility, balance and strengthen your muscles. This class is appropriate for all skill levels and can include modifications and props as needed.
